01 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context otherwise requires:

• "phil999" or "the Company" refers to the operator of phil999.vip, a PAGCOR-licensed online gaming platform.
• "Player" or "you" means any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses any service offered via phil999.vip.
• "Account" means the personal gaming account registered by a Player on phil999.vip.
• "Services" means all online gaming products offered by phil999, including but not limited to live dealer games, slot machines, sports betting, bingo, keno, and e-sabong.
• "Funds" means real-money Philippine Peso (PHP) balances deposited to or held within a Player's Account.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, cashback, or incentive granted by phil999 subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory authority under which phil999 is licensed.

02 Eligibility

To register and use phil999 Services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• Be at least 21 years of age;
• Be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under Philippine law;
• Not be a resident of or accessing the Service from any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• Not be a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of phil999 or any of its affiliated entities;
• Not be a registered self-excluded player on any Philippine gaming self-exclusion list;
• Not have had a previous phil999 Account closed for violation of these Terms.

phil999 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of Funds obtained in violation of these Terms.

03 Account Registration

To access real-money Services, you must register a phil999 Account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted during the registration process. You agree to:

• Provide your true legal name, date of birth, address, and contact details;
• Maintain only one (1) Account per person — duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances;
• Keep your account credentials — including your username and password — strictly confidential and not share them with any third party;
• Notify phil999 immediately upon discovering any unauthorized use of your Account;
• Complete Know-Your-Customer (KYC) verification, including submission of a valid Philippine government-issued ID and proof of address, prior to processing any withdrawal.

phil999 is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. All activities conducted through your Account are your sole responsibility, whether or not you authorized them.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

• All deposits and withdrawals are processed exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP);
• phil999 does not charge fees on standard deposits. Processing fees, if any, are disclosed at the time of transaction;
• Withdrawals are processed within one (1) to three (3) business hours for verified accounts under standard conditions. Complex cases may require additional processing time;
• phil999 may request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal, in accordance with PAGCOR AML requirements;
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the Account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited;
• phil999 reserves the right to delay or refuse any withdrawal suspected of being connected to fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or money laundering.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

Phil999 may, at its discretion, offer Bonuses to Players. All Bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion's terms provide otherwise:

• Bonuses are granted in PHP and credited to the Player's Account bonus balance;
• All Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable promotion. Bonus Funds and any winnings derived therefrom may not be withdrawn until wagering requirements are fully met;
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash directly without satisfaction of wagering requirements;
• Phil999 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any Bonus if it suspects abuse, including but not limited to multi-accounting, placing offsetting bets, or systematic exploitation of bonus mechanics;
• Players may opt out of receiving Bonuses at any time by contacting phil999 customer support via live chat.

06 Gameplay & Wagering

By participating in any game offered on phil999.vip, you acknowledge and agree that:

• All games offered by phil999 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems for non-live games, and physical dealing by trained human dealers for live dealer games. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are published for all slots and available on request for other games;
• Gambling involves financial risk and the possibility of loss. Past results do not guarantee future outcomes;
• Phil999 is not liable for any loss of Funds arising from gameplay, including losses resulting from technical malfunctions, provided that the malfunction is documented and handled in accordance with the applicable game provider's void-game policy;
• In the event of a technical error or malfunction during a game round, phil999 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the at-risk stake to the Player;
• Bets placed and accepted are final. Phil999 does not accept cancellations of wagers after they have been confirmed and a game round has commenced.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension, closure, and potential forfeiture of all Funds:

• Registering or using an Account if you are under 21 years of age;
• Operating or benefiting from more than one (1) Account;
• Using automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence to interact with any phil999 game or service;
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates Philippine Anti-Money Laundering laws;
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or employees to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting any software bug, error, or vulnerability in the phil999 platform. Any winnings generated through exploitation are void and must be returned;
• Using any third-party payment method not registered in your own name;
• Abusing the Bonus system, including through arbitrage betting, offsetting wagers, or systematic low-risk wagering designed solely to fulfill wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on phil999.vip — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, trademarks, and trade names — is the exclusive property of phil999 or its licensors and is protected under Philippine intellectual property law and applicable international treaties.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the phil999 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any phil999 content without express prior written consent from phil999.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phil999 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of Funds arising from gambling outcomes;
• Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind;
• Service interruptions caused by internet connectivity issues, force majeure events, third-party platform outages, or circumstances outside phil999's reasonable control;
• Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

Phil999's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms, regardless of the basis of the claim, shall not exceed the total amount of Funds deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the claim.

10 Responsible Gaming

Phil999 is committed to responsible gambling in accordance with PAGCOR regulations and Philippine law. The following tools are available to all Account holders via the Account Settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts;
• Loss Limits: Cap your maximum allowable losses over a defined period;
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set duration of continuous play;
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from all phil999 Services. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and may not be reversed during the elected exclusion period.

11 Termination

Phil999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Receipt of a regulatory directive from PAGCOR or another competent authority;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, identity theft, money laundering, or other criminal activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Discovery that the Account holder does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2.

Upon Account closure for cause, phil999 may withhold Funds pending investigation. Funds determined to have been obtained through prohibited conduct will be forfeited. Funds not subject to dispute will be returned to the Account holder's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the PAGCOR Charter (Presidential Decree No. 1869, as amended), Republic Act No. 10175 (Cybercrime Prevention Act), and the Civil Code of the Philippines.

Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to phil999's internal dispute resolution process by contacting customer support via live chat. If the dispute is not resolved within thirty (30) days, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism or to the appropriate Philippine court of competent jurisdiction.

13 Amendments

Phil999 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email notification and/or a prominent notice on phil999.vip no less than seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of phil999 Services following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using phil999 Services and contact support to arrange withdrawal of your Funds before the amendment takes effect.
